These Terms & Conditions apply when you visit our website or purchase from Luckie Foo. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Our Products

Luckie Foo offers individually selected and crafted pieces, including handwoven and hand-dyed textiles, bags, accessories, jewellery, natural stone pieces and other small-batch creations.

Many of our products are one-of-a-kind and only one of each piece is available.

Due to the handmade processes and natural materials used, variations and irregularities in colour, texture, weave, pattern, shape and finish are part of the individual character of each piece.

Please read the product description, measurements and material information carefully and review all photographs before purchasing.

2. Natural Stones & Natural Materials

Luckie Foo uses natural materials including jade, agate, crystals, tourmaline and other natural stones.

Natural stones are not manufactured glass or perfectly uniform synthetic materials. Natural characteristics may include variations in colour, pattern, translucency, texture and shape, as well as inclusions, mineral lines and other naturally occurring marks or small imperfections.

These characteristics are part of the individuality of natural stone and, where they are inherent to the material and/or visible or disclosed in the product listing, are not by themselves considered defects.

Our one-of-a-kind pieces are individually photographed so that you can view the actual item before purchasing. Please examine all available photographs carefully before placing your order.

By purchasing a natural stone item, you acknowledge and accept the natural characteristics and imperfections of the particular piece as shown or described in its product listing.

3. Handmade, Handwoven & Plant-Dyed Materials

Many Luckie Foo textile pieces are created using traditional or small-batch processes such as hand-spinning, handweaving, plant dyeing, persimmon dyeing, botanical printing and other handcrafted techniques.

These processes naturally create variations in colour, pattern, texture and finish.

Hand-spun and handwoven cotton may contain slubs, fibres, small seed or plant fragments and variations in thickness or weave. These are natural characteristics associated with the material and making process and, where inherent to the material and/or disclosed in the product listing, are not by themselves considered defects.

Plant-dyed and naturally dyed fabrics may also have variations in tone and may gradually change with use, washing, sunlight and age.

These characteristics form part of the natural and individual appearance of each piece.

4. Product Photographs & Colours

We make every effort to photograph our products accurately.

For our one-of-a-kind products, the photographs in the individual product listing show the actual piece being offered for sale unless otherwise stated.

However, colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting conditions, photography and the display settings of your screen or device.

Please review all photographs, measurements, materials and product information carefully before purchasing.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted the appearance and disclosed characteristics of the item shown in the listing.

5. One-of-a-Kind & Limited Availability

Many Luckie Foo products are unique pieces with a quantity of only one.

Once a one-of-a-kind item has been sold, the same piece may not be available again.

On rare occasions, an item may become unavailable after an order has been placed due to an inventory error or other exceptional circumstance. If this occurs, we will contact you and provide a refund for the unavailable item.

6. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided at checkout, including your name, email and delivery address, is accurate and complete.

Please check your order carefully before completing payment.

If you notice an error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once processing has begun.

Luckie Foo reserves the right to cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of genuine pricing or inventory errors. If an order is cancelled by us after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.

7. Prices & Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or at checkout.

Depending on your location and the settings available through our online store, prices may be displayed or converted into another currency.

Payment must be successfully completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing, product information or listing errors. If an error materially affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before proceeding where appropriate.

8. Returns, Exchanges & Change of Mind

Because many Luckie Foo pieces are individually made, individually selected and one-of-a-kind, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind.

This includes situations where you later decide that you no longer want the item, prefer another item, or change your mind about the colour, size, style or natural characteristics that were accurately shown or described before purchase.

Please review all product photographs, measurements, materials and descriptions carefully before placing your order. If you are unsure about an item, we encourage you to contact us with any questions before purchasing.

For hygiene reasons and to preserve the original condition of jewellery and personal accessories, items that have been worn or used cannot be returned or exchanged simply because of a change of mind.

We will, of course, assist you if we have made an error with your order, such as sending you the wrong item, or if the product fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer at checkout.

Please ensure that your delivery information is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Processing and estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and may vary.

After an order has been handed to the postal or delivery service, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including postal delays, customs processing, severe weather, service disruptions or delays within the destination country.

10. International Orders, Customs & Import Charges

International shipments may be subject to customs procedures and the import requirements of the destination country.

Depending on the destination and how taxes or duties are handled at checkout, additional import duties, taxes, customs charges or handling fees may apply.

Where such charges have not already been collected at checkout, they are generally the responsibility of the recipient.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and complying with applicable import requirements in their destination country.

11. Care of Products

Natural, plant-dyed, handwoven and handcrafted materials may change gradually with use and age.

Please follow any care instructions included in the individual product listing or supplied with your item.

Improper use, storage, washing, exposure or handling may damage natural and handcrafted materials.

Normal wear and tear or changes resulting from ordinary use are not necessarily product defects.

12. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, measurements, prices and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

Occasionally, typographical errors, technical errors or inaccuracies may occur. We reserve the right to correct such information where reasonably necessary.

13. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the original photographs, product descriptions, branding, graphics, designs and other original content appearing on the Luckie Foo website belong to Luckie Foo.

They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior permission.

14. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Luckie Foo is not responsible for loss or delay caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our products, services, website or applicable requirements.
